Important Deposit Option Update
Effective December 17, 2025, the following deposit methods will no longer be accepted for New Hampshire residents:

- ACH Fast and Free Online Banking – No-cost deposit using ACH. Requires valid checking, savings, or money market account with account and routing numbers. Funds available immediately; transaction clears in 4 days.
- PayPal – $5 fee per deposit. Must be funded and linked to a bank account. Only one PayPal account per wagering account.
- Venmo – $5 fee per deposit. Only one Venmo account per wagering account.
- GreenDot@theRegister – Available at retailers. Fee $4.95+ varies by merchant.
- Moneygram – Available at retailers except Walmart. Fee $3.95+ varies by merchant.
- PayNearMe – Available at retailers. Fee $3.99+ varies by merchant.
- Bank Wire Transfer – Free for deposits over $1,000; $10 fee for under $1,000.
- On-Site Deposits – Free deposits at select locations.
- Check or Money Orders – Mail to Player Services with no fee. Accepts cashier’s, certified, personal, and traveler’s checks. Personal checks held 5 days before funds release.
Returning Customers
If you previously had an account that was closed in 2022 when wagering became unavailable in New Hampshire, your login credentials will remain the same.

Your username and password are needed to access your account. To unlock an account locked due to too many failed attempts, follow these steps:
From the Desktop or Mobile Site:
- Click the "forgot password?" link below the password field.
- Enter your last name, date of birth, and last four digits of your SSN.
- Click "Submit."
- An email will be sent to the address on file (shown on the next screen for verification). If incorrect, contact Player Services.
- The email contains a link to retrieve your username and reset your password.
Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email. The link is valid for 24 hours.
After 5 failed login attempts, your account is disabled. Player Services cannot access your password.
Password requirements:
- 10-64 characters
- Upper and lower case letters
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character (!, #, $, etc.)
