Your username and password are required for you to access your account online. Using these steps below will unlock an account locked for too many failed password attempts.
From the Desktop or Mobile Site follow these steps:
- Click on the "forgot password?" link under the password field on the main page.
- Complete the fields:
- last name
- date of birth
- last four digits of your social security number
- Click on the "Submit" button.
- An email will be sent to the email address you have on file. That email address is included in the next screen, so you may verify if we have the correct email address on file. If this is the incorrect email address, you can contact Player Services.
- The email will contain a link to a page where you can retrieve your username and reset your password.
You may want to check your spam filter or junk folder, if the email doesn't appear in your inbox soon. As your privacy is important to us, the link will only be available for 24 hours from the time the email is requested.
As an added security feature, your account will be disabled upon 5 failed login attempts. Player Services does not retain access to password information.
Your password must be:
- 10-64 Characters long
- Contains both upper and lower case
- Must have at least 1 number
- Must have at least 1 special character (!, #, $, etc)
f that doesn’t work, to unlock your account, you will need to contact Player Services via::

- You can click on the chat button at the bottom of this page.
- Once you click on "chat", please fill out the information and click "Start Chat"
