To update your address on TwinSpires, log in via Full Site, Mobile Site, or iOS App, navigate to your account settings, edit the address section, and submit the new address. Proof of address like a driver's license or utility bill may be required. Customer Service is available daily from 9 AM to 10 PM EST via live chat, email, or phone for assistance.

Follow the instructions below to update your address using the Full Site, Mobile Site, or the TwinSpires iOS App.
Changing Your Address on the Full Site (Desktop/Laptop Browser)
- Log in to your account.
- Click the Profile Icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select My Account from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the Address section and click the Pencil Icon to edit.
- Enter your new address and click Update.
If required, you may be prompted to upload proof of address documentation, such as:
- Driver’s License
- Utility Bill
Changing Your Address on the Mobile Site (Mobile Browser)
- Log in to your account.
- Tap the Profile Icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select My Account from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the Address section and tap the Pencil Icon to edit.
- Enter your new address and tap Update.
If required, you may be prompted to upload proof of address documentation, such as:
- Driver’s License
- Utility Bill

- Open the TwinSpires App on your device.
- Tap the More Icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Account Settings.
- Tap My Account at the top of the screen.
