To place a wager through the IVR, you will need your Account Number, four-digit pin, and the IVR code for your track. Click HERE for a list of IVR track codes. Wager codes can be found HERE:
To place your wager, follow these steps:
- Call our toll free number and select option #1 for wagering.
- Enter your Account Number followed by the # sign.
- Enter your pin number followed by the # sign.
- The IVR will state your account balance.
- Enter the track code followed by the # sign.
- Enter the race number followed by the # sign.
- Enter the wager type followed by the # sign.
- Enter the wager amount followed by the # sign.
- Enter the program number of your horse(s) followed by the # sign.
- Your wager will be repeated back to you and you will be asked to verbally confirm it by stating "Yes" or "No". Listen carefully and remember:
- The wager you accept is the wager that is placed.
- It is your responsibility to make sure your wager is correct.
- If your wager is read back to you incorrectly and you accept it as read, the incorrect wager is what is placed in the Tote system.
- You will not be entitled to a refund or payout on a wager that you accept after it has been read back to you incorrectly.
- If your wager is incorrect, select the option to correct your wager.
- It is your responsibility to confirm your acceptance of the wager. If you do not confirm the wager, it will not be placed.
- Once you accept the wager, the IVR will attempt to place it. If the wager is not accepted by the Tote system the IVR will notify you. You will not be entitled to a refund or payout on a wager that is not accepted by the host track. Listen carefully to make sure your wager was accepted.
- Once your wager has been accepted you may hang up or place another wager.
Please be sure to allow ample time before the start of the race to place your wager. It is your responsibility to place your wager before the pool closes. You will not be entitled to a refund or payout on a wager that is not placed because of a technical problem, early closure of a pool by the host track, etc.
