Event Reference Table: Event Names, IVR Codes, and Tote IDs

This article provides a complete reference table of events used within our systems. Each row in the table represents one unique event and includes three key pieces of information to help agents quickly identify and support player inquiries.

What’s Included in the Table

• Event Name
  The full name of the race or track (for example, a specific racetrack or racing location).

• IVR Code
  A numeric code used by our phone system (IVR) to route calls correctly. This helps ensure players are directed to the appropriate event when calling in.

• Tote ID
  A short identifier used internally to reference the event within wagering and support systems.

Event Coverage

The table includes events from a wide range of locations, such as:

• United States racetracks

• Canadian tracks

• Australian racing venues

• UK and international racecourses

Because of this, the list is extensive and may include many similar-sounding events. Always reference the IVR code or Tote ID when accuracy is required.

Tips for Best Use

• Search the table (Ctrl + F) by event name, IVR code, or Tote ID to quickly find what you need.

• If multiple events have similar names, use the Tote ID to confirm you are referencing the correct one.

• For escalations include both the event name and Tote ID in internal notes to avoid confusion.
