Effective April 15, 2025, Maine residents can place wagers with various deposit options including ACH, credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and others, some with fees. Returning customers can use existing credentials and reset passwords online. New customers must register with personal information for identity verification. Player Services offers 24/7 support via chat, email, and phone.
Effective April 15, 2025, residents of the state of Maine are eligible to place wagers.
Deposit Options
- ACH Fast & Free Online Banking – Free deposit option using a checking, savings, or money market account. Funds are available immediately; however, transactions may take up to four (4) business days to clear your bank.
- Credit Card – A $5 convenience fee applies to all deposits. Accepted cards include VISA, MasterCard, and personal American Express cards. A valid CVV security code is required.
- PayPal – A $5 fee applies per deposit. Your PayPal account must be linked to a bank account. Only one PayPal account may be linked to a wagering account.
- Venmo – A $5 fee applies per deposit. Only one Venmo account may be linked to a wagering account.
- GreenDot @ the Register – Available at participating retailers nationwide. Fees begin at $4.95 and may vary by retailer.
- MoneyGram – Available at participating retailers nationwide, excluding Walmart locations. Fees begin at $3.95 and may vary by retailer.
- PayNearMe – Available at participating retailers nationwide. Fees begin at $3.99 and may vary by retailer.
- Apple Pay – A flat $5 fee applies to all deposits.
- Bank Wire Transfer – Deposits of $1,000 or more are free. Deposits under $1,000 are subject to a $10 fee.
- On-Site Deposits – Available free of charge at select locations.
- Check or Money Order – Checks and money orders must be mailed to Player Services. No fee applies. Personal checks are subject to a five (5) day hold before funds become available for wagering.
Returning Customers
Customers who previously held an account prior to Maine wagering becoming unavailable in 2019 may continue using their existing username and password.

Resetting or Unlocking Your Account
To reset your password or unlock an account after multiple failed login attempts:
Desktop or Mobile Site
- Select the “Forgot Password?” link located below the password field.
- Enter your:
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Last four digits of your Social Security Number
- Click “Submit.”
- A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
- Follow the instructions in the email to retrieve your username and reset your password.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Password reset links remain active for 24 hours.
Please note:
- Accounts are automatically disabled after five (5) unsuccessful login attempts.
- Player Services representatives cannot view or access your password.
Password Requirements
Passwords must contain:
- Between 10 and 64 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (such as !, #, $, etc.)

By registering, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions. After your account has been created, you may fund your account and begin wagering.
To verify identity and comply with regulatory requirements, the following information is required during registration:
- Full Legal Name
- Residential Address
- Must be located in a state where wagering is permitted
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Used for account notifications and promotional communications
- Social Security Number
- The last four digits are required initially; the full Social Security Number may be requested for taxable winnings or additional verification
- Date of Birth
- Used to verify identity and confirm legal wagering age
