You can find your account balance by selecting the "Balance" button on the Bet Now page, mobile site, or app. Overnight balance drops may be due to product fees or tote system updates. Access issues may arise from incorrect login details or tote system maintenance. Inactive accounts over 12 months may incur a $5 monthly maintenance fee or 5% of the balance, per Terms and Conditions.
Where can I find my account balance?

- On the mobile site, click the " balance " button on the bottom right side of the page .
- On the App, click the 3 bars on the left to view your balance
Why did my wagering account balance drop overnight?
Most commonly, charges applied overnight to your wagering account balance are typically the result of a “Product Fee” being applied to your account for accessing a Free-with-Bet product(s) but not wagering on the subject track/date. If you have questions about any charges applied to your wagering account, please contact Player Services.
You may also see a $0.00 balance during early morning hours while our tote system is updating from one day's business to the next. Wagering is not available during this time. Once the tote system completes the update and wagering becomes available, your balance will be shown again.
Why can't I access my account (login, account balance, wagering, etc.) at certain times?
- Please be sure that you are providing the correct user name and password for your account.
- Check the error message displayed for instructions on how to resolve the issue.
- If you are unable to log in after three attempts, please click the link below the password box for "forgot password".
You may also not be able to see your account information during certain times while the tote system is switching over from one day to the next. Your balance may read as $0.00 and you will not be able to wager or see any previous wagers.
Maintenance Fees
Per our Terms and Conditions:
"If an account is inactive for a period of twelve (12) months or more, TwinSpires.com may charge a monthly account maintenance fee of $5.00 or five percent (5%) of the account balance, whichever is greater. If the balance in an inactive account is $5.00 or less, the remaining balance will be assessed and the charge will not exceed the available balance in your account."
