Accessing Your Player Inbox
You must be signed in to your TwinSpires account to view your messages.
TwinSpires Website:
- Sign in to your TwinSpires account.
- Select the bell icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Your Player Inbox will open on the right side of the screen.
- Select a message to view its details or take the available action.
A notification indicator may appear when you have a new message.
TwinSpires Mobile Website:
- Visit the TwinSpires website using your mobile browser.
- Sign in to your account.
- Tap the bell icon at the bottom of the navigation bar.
- Tap a message to open and review it
TwinSpires iOS App:
- Open the TwinSpires app and sign in.
- Tap More in the lower-right corner of the navigation bar.
- Open the Player Inbox.
- Tap a message to review it.
A red dot may appear on More when you have a new message.
TwinSpires Android App:
- Open the TwinSpires app and sign in.
- Select the bell icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Your Player Inbox will open on the right side of the screen.
- Select a message to view its details or take the available action.
Managing Your Messages
