Live operator services for placing wagers are no longer available. Instead, wagers can be placed via the IVR system by selecting the appropriate options, or through the Twinspires app on iOS and Android devices, as well as on their website. This change, effective May 28th, was made due to economic reasons and a shift in user preference towards mobile and online platforms. Information about horse scratches and jockey changes can be accessed online or through the app by navigating to the "Scratches and Changes" section. Additional support information is available on their support pages.
Can I still call in my wagers to a live operator?
At this time, we no longer offer live operator services.
How can I place my wagers over the phone?
You can place wagers using the IVR System. Just press 1 for Wagering, then press 2 for the IVR. For more details on how to use the IVR System, please check out the FAQ HERE:

You can download our app for your iOS or Android device. You can also log into your wagering account at Twinspires.com. We encourage you to read our FAQ about wagering on iOS and Android.
Why did you make this change?
Continuing live operator services is no longer economically viable. Most players now use mobile browsers and apps to place wagers.
When is this change set to occur?
The change will take effect on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. The last day to place a wager with an operator will be Monday, May 27, 2024.
How will I be able to find out what horses have scratched, or what jockey changes have been made?
You can find all this information online and in the apps. To see scratches and changes for the day online, hover over the "Bet Now" button to open a drop-down menu. From there, select "Scratches and Changes," then choose the track you're interested in. You'll see all updates along with the current track conditions.
