Can I still call in my wagers to a live operator?
Unfortunately, we are no longer offering live operators.
How can I place my wagers over the phone?
You can place wagers on the IVR System. To access the IVR, press 1 for Wagering, then press 2 for the IVR. To learn more about using the IVR System, check out the FAQ HERE:

You can download the app for your IOS or Android mobile device! You can also log into your wagering account at Twinspires.com. We also invite you to read our FAQ on Wagering on IOS and Android.
Why did you make this change?
It is not economically feasible to continue to offer live operator services. Our players have moved from live operator services to mobile phone browsers and apps.
When is this change set to occur?
The change will be implemented on Tuesday, May 28th. The last day to place a wager with an operator will be Monday, May 27th.
How will I be able to find out what horses have scratched, or what jockey changes have been made?
All of this information can be found online and in the Apps. To check a list of scratches and changes for the day online, navigate and hover over the "Bet Now" button to see a drop down menu. From there, you can see "Scratches and Changes". Click this and locate the track in question. Click on the track to see all the changes as well as current track conditions.
