To reset your password via the iOS app, click "forgot password, reset here" on the main page and fill in your last name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number. After submitting, you'll receive an email with a reset link valid for 24 hours. Ensure your email on file is correct; check your spam or junk folder if the email doesn't arrive promptly. Contact Player Services if there's an issue with your email address.
From the iOS App:
- Click on the "forgot password, reset here" link under the password field on the main page.
- Complete the fields:
- last name
- date of birth
- last four digits of your social security number
- Click on the "Submit" button.
- An email will be sent to the email address you have on file. That email address is included in the next screen, so you may verify if we have the correct email address on file. If this is the incorrect email address, you can contact Player Services.
You may want to check your spam filter or junk folder, if the email doesn't appear in your inbox soon. As your privacy is important to us, the link will only be available for 24 hours from the time the email is requested.
