Want to pick the winner of the Longines Breeders’ Cup Classic before race day? Pool 2 of the Classic Future Wager gives you a chance to make your selection ahead of the October 31, 2026 race at Keeneland Race Course.
Pool 2 opens Friday, September 25, at 12 p.m. ET and closes Sunday, September 27, at 6 p.m. ET. This is the second and final Classic Future Wager pool. The minimum wager is $2, and Win is the only available bet type.
How the Future Wager Works
Choose the horse you think will win the Breeders’ Cup Classic. You can select one of the 17 horses listed in Pool 2 or choose All Others, which covers Classic starters that are not individually listed in this pool.
The odds shown before and during the pool can change as wagers are placed. Your potential payout is based on the final odds for Pool 2, which are determined when the pool closes, rather than the odds shown when you place your wager. A winning wager is settled after the official Classic results.
How to Place a Wager
- Sign in to your wagering account while Pool 2 is open.
- Select Bet Now and find Breeders’ Cup Future in the track list.
- Open Classic Future Wager Pool 2 and choose a horse or All Others. The wager defaults to Win.
- Enter a wager of $2 or more.
- Review your selection and amount, then submit your wager.
