Check requests made before 1pm EDT on business days are issued the same day and mailed the next day via USPS 1st class for regular delivery or FedEx for overnight delivery (not to PO Boxes). If a check is not received within 15 business days, a stop payment can be requested to reissue funds. Delivery times may be affected by holidays and weather. Overnight delivery is not guaranteed.
Check Requests
Requests made before 1pm EDT on regular business days (Monday through Friday) will be issued same day. Requests made on holidays, weekends, or after 1pm on Friday will be issued the next business day. Checks are mailed the day after they are issued. Delivery is subject to weather, holidays, and delivery schedules.
When does my check withdrawal arrive?
Regular Delivery
Check requests for regular delivery are mailed 1st class through the United States Postal Service.
Stop Payments
If the check is not received in 15 business days, a stop payment can be placed on the check. Once the stop payment is verified, the funds can be added back to the wagering account or used to issue a new check. Please allow 15 business days from the date the check was issued to receive the requested check.
Overnight Delivery
Check requests for overnight delivery are handled by FedEx. Overnight delivery is not available to a PO Box. If you would like the tracking number for your overnight delivery or need more information about the overnight delivery of a check withdraw request, please contact Player Services. FedEX overnight delivery not guaranteed.
