When will the site be closing down?
TwinSpires will stop accepting sports wagers in Colorado and Indiana on May 16, 2022. The site will be available until June 15, 2022 to allow funds to be withdrawn.
Funds still in accounts after June 15, 2022 will be returned to you at the current address on your account by check within 30 days.
Open wagers will continue to settle, and you will receive a check at the current address on your account within 30 days of settlement. If you need to update your address, please contact Player Services immediately.

We offer several methods for easy withdrawal:
Online: To submit a withdrawal request from the main wagering page, click on the “My Account” icon in the top right hand corner of the site - it should look like a person in a small circle. From the list of options, select “My Funds” and then “Withdraw Funds.” Funds can be withdrawn via check mailed to the registered account holder's address on record and will be mailed within five to seven (5-7) business days of receiving the request. Funds can also be electronically transferred to your bank account via Online banking, PayPal, ACH, TwinSpires Prepaid Play+.
By Phone: Withdrawals may be requested via phone by calling our Player Services center 9:00am to Midnight ET. Withdrawal requests can only be made by the account holder and upon verification of the account holder's identity. Withdrawal requests made via phone will be processed by check mailed to the registered account holder's address on record and will be mailed within five to seven (5-7) business days of receiving the request.
When is the last date I can deposit funds?
May 9, 2022 is the cut off point for depositing funds. Funding options can be viewed by attempting to make a deposit or withdrawal by clicking on "welcome username" and you will see options for depositing or withdrawing.
Can I add new payment methods to withdraw?

Yes - Free bets will be available until May 16, 2022 when we will stop accepting wagers.

When can I bet until?
Players will be able to wager until May 16, 2022. After May 16, 2022 the ability to wager will be removed from the site, but you can still access your account and future wagers until the June 15, 2022.
What will happen to my open bets?
Any open wagers will be settled as normal once the event has ended and you will receive a check within 30 days of settlement.

Players will have the ability to void or Cash Out open bets. The Cash Out feature is only available for eligible bets. If you wish to void a wager please contact Player Services. Please see below for more information on voiding and Cashing Out open bets.
Will there be an opportunity to Cash Out bets?
Yes - The ability to Cash Out will continue to be available on all eligible open bets.
How to access Cash Out?
The Cash Out label on the Betslip indicates if the betting market is available for Cash Out.
Once bet is placed, a “Cash Out” button is available both in the event page in line with the betting markets, as well as in the “My Open Bets” tab.
When the bettor visits the bet history, a Cash Out option is provided there as well.
Is there an opportunity to void bets?
Yes - If you do not want to use the cash-out feature or it is not available, any future wagers that will settle after May 16, 2022 can be canceled by calling Players Services. Please get in touch with us at 877-774-7371.
Can I download/view my bet history?
This feature will be available until June 15, 2022 - You can click or tap on the "User/person" icon, then select "Account History." You can see your wagers for the current day or any date range you wish. Click on the start and end calendars to choose the date range you want to see.
