To update your address on TwinSpires, log into your account through the Full Site, Mobile Site, or the TwinSpires App. On the Full Site, click your Profile Icon, select My Account, and edit the Address section. On the Mobile Site, access the Profile Icon at the bottom, then My Account. On the TwinSpires App, tap the More Icon, then Account Settings, and edit the Address section. Enter your new address and click Update. You may need to upload proof of address documents. For assistance, contact Customer Service via Live Chat, email, or phone.

Follow the steps below to update your address using the Full Site, Mobile Site, or our iOS/Android App.
Changing Your Address on the Full Site (Desktop/Laptop Browser)
- Log In to your account.
- Click on your Profile Icon (top right corner).
- Select My Account from the drop-down menu.
- Locate the Address section and click on the pencil icon to edit.
- Enter your new address and click Update.
- If required, you may be prompted to upload proof of address documents (such as a Driver’s License and utility bill).
Changing Your Address on the Mobile Site (Using a Mobile Browser)
- Log In to your account.
- Click on your Profile Icon (bottom of the screen).
- Select My Account from the drop-down menu.
- Locate the Address section and click on the pencil icon to edit.
- Enter your new address and click Update.
- If required, you may be prompted to upload proof of address documents (such as a Driver’s License and utility bill).
Changing Your Address on the TwinSpires App (iOS and Android)
- Launch the TwinSpires App on your device.
- Tap the More Icon (bottom of the screen).
- Select Account Settings.
- Select My Account at the top of the screen.
- Locate the Address section and click on the pencil icon to edit.
- Enter your new address and click Update.
- If required, you may be prompted to upload proof of address documents (such as a Driver’s License and utility bill).
