No Limits, No Fees. However, all cash transactions can be subject to federal bank reporting requirements for amounts over $10,000.
What steps are involved in making an on-site deposit?
- Players must have their wagering account number and PIN available - some locations require a photo ID to deposit.
- Go to the service counter and fill out a multi-part Deposit Slip with their account number, name and cash amount to be deposited.
- Provide the deposit slip and cash to the clerk along with their PIN when prompted.
- The clerk will post their deposit to their account, note the new balance amount on the deposit slip and return a copy of it to them for their receipt.

Open and staffed on live race days and during Oaklawn Park's simulcast season (04/16/14 - 12/31/14) on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Mondays from 11:00am - 6:30pm CST. The on-site Help Desk is closed on Easter and Christmas Day.

While our normal deposit/withdrawal options are available on the site, there are no physical locations in the Chicago area for deposits/withdrawals. However, PayNearMe, Green Dot @the Register, and Moneygram are available for deposits through participating retailers.
