You can withdraw funds online by check, ACH Fast & Free Online Banking, or PayPal; by phone by check or ACH Fast & Free Online Banking; or in person for cash at select racetrack locations. Checks are mailed within five business days, requests after 1:00 p.m. ET are processed the next business day, and USPS delivery can take up to 15 business days.
You can withdraw funds from your wagering account online, by phone, or in person at select locations. This article explains each option and what to expect after you submit your request.
What you need to know
- Only the account holder can request a withdrawal.
- You can withdraw by check, ACH Fast & Free Online Banking, or PayPal. ACH Fast & Free Online Banking is an electronic transfer from your wagering account to your bank account.
- ACH Fast & Free Online Banking and PayPal appear as withdrawal options only if you have already used them as a deposit method and your account is verified.
- Checks are mailed to the registered account holder's address on file.
How to make a withdrawal online
- From the main wagering page, select the My Account icon (a person in a small circle) in the top-right corner.
- Select My Funds.
- Select Withdraw.
- Choose check, ACH Fast & Free Online Banking, or PayPal as your withdrawal method.
How to make a withdrawal by phone
- Call Player Services between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. ET.
- Verify your identity with the agent.
- Request your withdrawal by check or ACH Fast & Free Online Banking.
How to make a withdrawal in person
- Visit the Customer Service window at a participating location (listed below).
- Fill out and sign an official deposit/withdrawal slip.
- Show two forms of identification, including at least one valid government-issued photo ID.
- Answer any questions needed to verify your identity. Your withdrawal is paid in cash.

- The Red Mile
- Fair Grounds Race Course and its OTBs (off-track betting locations)

Important details
- Checks are mailed within five business days of your request.
- Check requests received after 1:00 p.m. ET are processed the next business day.
- Allow up to 15 business days to receive a check sent by USPS First Class Mail.
- Stop payment and reissue requests made before 15 business days have passed are subject to a $17 fee.
- Checks can't be sent by overnight delivery to a PO Box.
- FedEx Overnight delivery is not guaranteed.
- Saturday delivery and delivery by 10:30 a.m. are no longer available due to a carrier policy change.
