To reset your password, click “Forgot Password? Reset Here” on the login screen, enter your last name, date of birth, and last 4 digits of your SSN, then submit. A reset email will be sent to your registered email, shown on screen for confirmation. Contact Player Services if incorrect. Check spam if not received. The reset link expires in 24 hours.
- On the login screen, click “Forgot Password? Reset Here” located below the password field.
- Enter the following information:
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Last 4 Digits of Your Social Security Number
- Click “Submit.”
- A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. The next screen will display the email address on file so you can confirm it is correct.
- If the email address is incorrect, please contact Player Services for assistance.
- If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
For your security and privacy, the password reset link will expire 24 hours after the request is made.
