Customers can mail personal checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders to 801 Corporate Drive, Suite 200, Lexington, KY 40503-5404 for wagering account deposits. Personal checks are held for 5 days before deposit, while money orders are deposited immediately. Only supervisors or offline agents can process these deposits.
The customer may mail in a personal check, cashier’s check or money order to our office to be deposited into their wagering account. Personal checks will be held for 5 days before being deposited. Only a supervisor or offline agent can make these deposits into a customer’s account.
Money orders are handled like cash, and are deposited and available immediately in the customer’s account. They must write their account number on their check / money order.
