Check requests for regular delivery are mailed first class via USPS, with stop payments possible after 15 business days if the check is not received. Overnight delivery is handled by FedEx, not available to PO Boxes, and tracking is available through Player Services. Delivery is affected by several holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, and Christmas Day.
Regular Delivery
Check requests for regular delivery are mailed 1st class through the United States Postal Service.
Stop Payments
If the check is not received in 15 business days, a stop payment can be placed on the check. Once the stop payment is verified, the funds can be added back to the wagering account or used to issue a new check. Please allow 15 business days from the date the check was issued to receive the requested check.
Overnight Delivery
Check requests for overnight delivery are handled by FedEx. Overnight delivery is not available to a PO Box. If you would like the tracking number for your overnight delivery or need more information about the overnight delivery of a check withdraw request, please contact Player Services. FedEX overnight delivery not guaranteed.
