To update your bank account for deposits on the Bet Now page, select the green "+" icon, then click "Replace" to enter a new account. Note that pending ACH transactions must clear before switching, and the first deposit with a new account may be limited to $100. Bank details cannot be deleted after use and are stored securely for 7 years. After replacing your account, complete the Plaid setup by logging into your bank and submitting your deposit.
From the Bet Now page, select the green “+” icon in the top menu bar to begin your deposit.
If you’ve used Fast and Free Online Banking (ACH) before, this option may appear as your default deposit method.
To update your bank account, click “Replace” (the two arrows icon) located beneath your current account information. This will remove your old bank account and allow you to enter a new one.
Please note:
- If you have a pending ACH (Fast and Free Online Banking) transaction on your existing bank account, you will not be able to add or switch to a new bank account until that transaction has fully cleared.
- After updating your bank information, your first deposit using the new account may be limited to $100.
For security and compliance reasons, bank account details cannot be deleted once they have been used for a financial transaction. We are required to retain this information for 7 years. Protecting your privacy is a top priority, and all information is stored securely and kept confidential.
Once you select the option to replace your checking account, you will need to complete the Plaid setup again. Follow the steps below:
- Enter the amount you would like to deposit.
- Click “Log in to your bank.”
- Enter your phone number to receive a verification code.
- Select your bank from the list.
- Click “Continue to Login.”
- Enter your bank login credentials.
- Choose your account from the list.
- Submit your deposit.
